Limited Edition Prints
At this moment in time, I only offer original works. Limited Edition prints will be available early-mid 2021 of my most popular works. These will be signed and numbered and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each Cath Knijnenburg piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, detailing process and materials involved, and date created.
Packing and Shipping
Packing and shipping will be an additional fee on all artworks (where delivery isn't local to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland). Depending on delivery location there may be freight options, however our highest priority is the safety of the artwork. Once an item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email or text of the tracking information. All parcels delivered will require a signature on delivery.
Please contact us for pricing on International shipping. The client will be responsible for any additional handling or customs and duty costs on any international orders.
Commissioned Artworks and Cancellations
Once creative brief established and Commission Agreement signed, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to commence a privately commissioned work. The remainder payment due before delivery of completed work.

We make every effort to keep our customers happy, however we not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Damaged Goods Returns Policy
Returns will only be considered in the case where the artist or transport is at fault. Damaged goods need to be reported in writing, supported with photographs within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
The client is responsible to return the work to us. The returning items must then be received by us within 5 working days of receipt of your claim. Once we receive your item back, we will inspect it and contact you in writing with details as to whether the return has been approved. If the artwork or print has been deemed faulty you will receive a credit note for a future purchase and we will refund the shipping costs incurred.
We will not accept any returns without prior notification and approval. Pieces that have been received damaged (due to transit issues) or deemed faulty, will be offered a credit note. We do not offer cash refunds on any artworks purchased.
All information provided during the course of a sale and /or conducting business is regarded as strictly confidential and is managed in accordance with Australian Law and Privacy Policies.
Cath Knijnenburg will not disclose the information you provide to us unless required to do so by law. We may however provide certain necessary information to third party service providers or contractors who assist us in getting the goods to you.

A sale is not final until you have processed payment and received confirmation of your order. On the very rare occasion that a double sale does occur, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that we are unable to fulfil.
