PAST WORK / ABSTRACTS

I've always been drawn to graphic patterns. The stylised forms, interplay of positive and negative space, the relationship the elements generate collectively. My abstract works developed from this fascination.

The shapes develop organically and the patterns reference nature - flora, wind, currents and seasons. Once the colour palette emerges I utilise layering to expose what lies beneath.
